How do I secure your service and how early should I book?
An appointment/event service is booked when we receive the 50% non refundable deposit and a signed contract. You can book as early or as late as you want, but we recommend doing it as soon as you make the decision to have your hair done. Some clients book as early as a year in advance especially during peak season which is March- October. We suggest booking your Hair Trial at least 3 months before your wedding date if possible.

When do I pay the full amount for my services?
Full payment must be received no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date to ensure all transactions have cleared. Events outside of weddings, full payment is due prior to the start of services. Remaining balances not paid on time will incur a $50 per day late fee.

We currently accept Square, VENMO, PayPal and Zelle
(3.5% surcharge applied for Square, VENMO and PayPal payments)

We highly recommend doing a bridal hair trial for your wedding. We even suggest trying to coordinate your hair and makeup trials on the same day so you can get an accurate preview of your wedding day look.

We recommend doing your bridal trial once you have chosen your wedding gown and have a clear idea of your desired hairstyle. We recommend planning a night out or even your engagement shoot on the same day so you get full wear out of your look.

The bridal hair trial takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours. Feel bring to bring 1 person with you!

We ask that you bring inspiration pictures to share with us. During the bridal hair trial, we will do a consultation on your hair. You will get to try the hair style of your choice. We will spend the time to make little adjustments or try different things to ensure that you will be at your best on your special day. We recommend bringing your veil and any other accessories to try on. We also suggest wearing a white tank or tube top that has a similar neckline to your wedding gown.

Please bring photos (or send in advance) all desired hairstyles. Feel free to be super specific.
Please arrive with clean and 100% dry hair with little to no product. Please do not flat iron your hair because the curls will not hold.
Wear a button-down shirt or bring a robe to wear so you won’t have a hard time changing into your dress after hair and makeup. Feel free to bring your veil, accessories and pictures of your wedding gown for reference.

Our rates are based on time, and in our experience, South Asian Bridal styles often require more of it. We're happy to assess our client's needs and offer custom rates on a case by case basis, so please feel free to reach out with any additional questions!

We allot an hour for the bride and 40 to 45 minutes for all other attendees. A timeline will be created during or after the bridal trial. We suggest that the bride have her hair completed last. If you are doing a first look we can schedule your hair earlier and continue to work on your bridal party while you are at your shoot.

Parties with more than 5 attendants will require an additional hair stylist. There is an additional charge of $150 for the stylist's kit, travel, and work. Even if you do not have a large party you can still hire more than 1 stylist as this will expedite the getting-ready process.

We can start at anytime. Any time before 8AM will incur an addition fee.

We are all vaccinated and wear masks throughout the hair service. We prefer to limit the number of people in the immediate area where services are provided. All guests are expected to wear masks when not being serviced around the hair stylists.
